Yes, you read that right. This is the FIRST and ONLY fully bolt-on axle swap bracket assembly on the market.
There is NO welding required for this installation.
You can now quickly and easily complete a rear 1-ton swap on your Jeep or other offroad rig using our swap kit. In it’s standard form it works as a very universal set up with an upper triangulated 4 link set up. Besides the ease and speed of installation, an added benefit is if you spin a carrier bearing or ruin a hub spindle, all you have to do is find another axle to swap the parts over to. No cutting off old brackets or having to order a whole new bracket kit and weld the whole thing again.
The bracket assembly is made of CNC laser cut and CNC bent steel, and comes in 6 main parts that all bolt together and attach to the axle by clamping on the axle tubes with 6 tube clamps and 34 grade 8 bolts. Comes standard with a pinion casting tie-in bracket for additional support. The pinion skid plate is optional but very useful if you go hard on the trails!
We also offer an optional kit that ties the pinion brace into the bracket assembly at 3 different locations which means even if you get it really hung up on some rocks, it’s not going anywhere. If you combine the pinion skid plate with the triple tie-in kit, you can drag your rig over any obstacle and trust that your rear pinion yoke and driveshaft end are protected while you keep the skinny pedal down!
The shock and coilover mounts use the most common 1.5” mounting width.
Please be sure to fill out all additional options and details required.
Installation requires simply cutting off the 2 leaf spring perches and 2 shock mount locating dowels which is easily done with an angle grinder and cut off wheel. Then the truss can start to be bolted together with the supplied grade 8 hardware.
Currently only sold as bare steel so you can paint it or powder coat it.
Since each bracket assembly is made-to-order, they will be 4-8 weeks out from time of order to shipping. We will do our best to get it shipped as soon as possible.
